THE HAPPYTIME MURDERS, a new dark comedy-
After THE HAPPYTIME MURDERS wrecked cinema havoc at Las Vegas CinemaCon. After the trailer was dropped critics set about tweeting their rave reviews. The film is already declared an instant cult classic. This looks like the adult-themed puppet film we’ve been waiting for since Peter Jackson's demented puppet nightmare MEET THE FEEBLES warped our minds during the receding wave of the 80s.
Out of the gates we see the Oscar-nominated BRIDESMAIDS star hooving coke at gunpoint while being propositioned by puppets hookers. Set in a world of humans coexisting with puppets amid a brutal string of slayings. The cast of the kids show, The Happytime Gang, are being picked off one by one. Its up to two detectives, McCarthy and her puppet partner to follow the clues and put an end to this murderous rein of terror.
The film is set with an August 17, 2018 release date.
