First the Trailer:
The story follows Henry David Cole (Vincent Kartheiser) as a disgruntled citizen, upset at a recent trial’s outcome. He kidnaps two men and livestreams this makeshift court to the public to decide both men’s fate. Judge Straight (Donald Sutherland) and Ron (Paul Braunstein) get to play the victims while the police search for ways to bungle the case until showing up at the last minute, I assume.
Wilson Coneybeare ( A TED NAMED GOOBY) wrote and directed AMERICAN HANGMAN.

First thing that hits me is it’s nice to see Pete Campbell (Vincent Kartheiser) working again. The clip makes clear that Henry David Cole feels the world doesn’t work for him and so screw the world. A young anarchist at heart, with two helpless older men all tied up. Each man alone, as they risk having their deaths streamed to the masses.
