The Trailer:
I love Lin Shaye. She’s been in countless horror movies but is still probably best remembered as the disgusting landlord Roy Munson (Woody Harrelson) pays his rent through, in KINGPIN. Here she plays a widow who rents out one of the rooms in her home. Seems she gets a bit attached to one of the male renters. With the snippet of blood in the trailer there’s a good chance she has another ROOM FOR RENT coming, very soon!

Either we’re seeing her slow descent into crossing moral boundaries or she never had those boundaries. Makes me wonder if she is the one who offed her hubby in the first place.
Either way, this one looks like it could be a lot of fun. Tommy Stovall directs his 4th feature film here, off a story by Stuart Flack.
