Today the cosmos blessed us with a new trailer for the dark sci-fi comedy "Downsizing"! This looks like it will be a fun and emotional romp, looks slightly more adult than the "Honey I Shrunk the Kids" series and I am truly excited about the financial aspect of the film as it relates to classism and such.
The film is directed by Alexander Payne who brought us "Sideways" "Election" and "About Schmidt" all of which are pretty heady dark comedies with greatly complex characters, so here is hoping Mr. Payne brings his regular A-game! The film is starring Matt Damon ("Good Will Hunting"), Christoph Waltz ("Big Eyes" and "Django Unchained"), Hong Chau (" Inherent Vice"), Kristen Wiig ("Bridesmaids"), and the great Udo Kier ("Suspiria", " The Story of O" "Flesh for Frankenstein" "Blade" and many German films. It is coming to theaters on December 22nd of this year I can not wait for this one!

I hope this is as good as I want it to be, my imagination is racing with possibilities! I have faith in all involved and would like to see this one in December if not before! :)
