Hey Everyone Freddy Beans here;
With the success of “IT” it’s clear Stephen King is becoming a go-to, for content in “Tinseltown” again. The latest King idea being looked at for a screen adaptation will be “Tommyknockers.”

Roy Lee (one of the producers on “IT”) and James Wan (director and producer of both Conjuring movies) are writing the adaptation for “Tommyknockers. They will also co-produce along with Larry Sanitsky who produced the original 1993 TV miniseries.
While “Tommyknockers” was never one of my favorite novels of Stephen King’s library it has its absolute undeniable charms. With Roy and James behind this, I’m honestly hesitantly excited at the prospects. Right now they’re still just writing an adaptation so nothing is set in stone here, yet.
I will leave you with a poem from the novel. A poem that has stuck in my head since I read the novel. Not sure why exactly but it sticks with me. Maybe deep down I too am afraid of the Tommyknocker man.
Late last night and the night before,
Tommyknockers, Tommyknockers,
Knocking at my door.
Wanna go out,
Don't know if I can 'cause I'm so afraid of the Tommyknocker man.
Til next time Kids;
