It has finally paid off as his giant vision weaves into reality before our eyes. Gather your rusty armor, your rickety steed, and prepare for high adventure in the name of chivalry and romance.
Gilliam has tried and tried again to get the film rolling about eight times in the past. There have been cast members such as Robert Duvall, John Hurt, Johnny Depp, and Ewan McGregor coming and going from the ruins of each colossally failed attempt. There is a well-documented film - LOST IN LA MANCHA. This film chronicles a failed attempt by Gilliam -THE MAN WHO KILLED DON QUIXOTE. After suffering decades through the curse of Miguel de Cervantes, Gilliam finally laid waste the giant behemoth project and we finally have a trailer for--

Jonathan Pryce portrays the Don, Adam Driver plays Toby a screenwriter. Olga Kurylenko and Stellan Skarsgård also are along for the adventure. This looks like a fresh spin on the old classic and maybe that's how he dodged the curse finally.
