With an interesting trailer below for ALTERED PERCEPTION directed by Kate Rees Davies in her first full length film.
So the stories basics are the government has created some drug that helps people better manage times of great stress.
Which sounds perfect right? At least for myself the ability to react and handle emotions better when put to it is something i'm constantly striving for. If any of you has the secret serum for that shit you have my contact info below. hah
To continue the story's concept; in order to create a dependent nation the government must use a focus group to verify this wonder drug works properly. Four different couples volunteer and the rest we have to find out stuffing our face with popcorn.
I think this could be a fantastic examination into emotions in general and why we react the way we do, especially in times of stress. I’m hopeful for a horrifying conclusion and this preview doesn’t disappoint, the tone sure leads us in that direction.
