I’m all kinds of interested in this one. I love grimy western films, WAY OF THE GUN/EL MARIACHI/etc. As long as there’s a lot of blood and a semi-serviceable plot I’m their sucker!
Anyone else out there enjoying the feel of this one?
It reeks of Sergio Leone and Lucio Fulci all mixed into one delicious Italian western/revenge film. I could be wrong and end up eating my words here, but for now, count me in.
LET THE CORPSES TAN (such a great title!) is written/directed by the duo of Helene Cattet and Bruno Forzani. Their screenplay is off the Jean-Pierre Bastid novel “Laissez bronzer les cadavres!”
Elina Lowensohn, Pierre Nisse, Marc Barbe, and Stephane Ferrar also star in this one due in theaters August, 31st.
I know I just saw Infinity Wars a couple weeks ago, but since then I seem to spy Thanos’ gauntlet in everything. Look at the poster below. Maybe James Brolin surprises us with a guest shot stealing all the gold this movie is centered around containing?
Yeah, probably not but I’d probably check it out anyway.
