Hey folks, The Daily Mail reports that Ralph Fiennes has signed on for the fourth Kingsmen movie, a prequel that gets into the origins of the Kingsman. Also starring in the prequel is Harris Dickinson (TRUST).
Baz Bamigboye's intel is that the prequel, set during the first World War, is about Fiennes character joining the agency. This would be a switch from the precedent of KINGSMAN: THE SECRET SERVICE, where the younger man (Taron Egerton) joins and is mentored by an older agent (Colin Firth).
This all is on track with Movieweb's June announcement of three new films and a television series. That would indicate that the film starring Ralph Fiennes will be KINGSMAN: THE GREAT GAME, and is planned to shoot simultaneously with the third Kingsman movie, said to be the conclusion of Harry Hart and Eggsy's relationship.
