Thor: Ragnarök is arguably one of the best Marvel films to date. What can't be argued, however, is that it's the best Thor film, thus far.
So, what made it stand out? Taika Waititi, that’s what. He took the staling Thor franchise and invigorated it with his offbeat humor and witty writing. Let’s not forget he also played Korg, everybody’s favorite would be revolutionary! The film was a smash hit raking in nearly $854 million dollars worldwide
Well Marvel fan’s, good news! Taika Waititi will be returning to helm THOR 4! We know nothing about the title, plot or cast as of yet, but it’s safe to assume Chris Hemsworth will be returning as the titular God of Thunder.
After witnessing “Depressed Thor” in “Avengers: Infinity War” and then “Fat Thor” in “Avengers: End Game”, I’m more than ready to get back to “Funny as Hell” Thor! I’m betting on a fun cameo or two but what I’m really hoping is that we’ll see the introduction of Beta Ray Bill!
His face made a brief appearance in Thor: Ragnarök and ever since, fans have been calling for his arrival. (Well, at least I have.)
What would you like to see happen in THOR 4? Should Loki make an appearance? Will Jane Foster ever return? What about my homegirl, Valkyrie? She’s been a pretty large part of Thor’s story and was left in charge of Asgard the last time we saw her, so I’m assuming she will be present. Not to mention, Tessa Thompson absolutely kills that role!
I do know one thing; if nothing else, we better get more Korg!
