This is the first I've heard of this one. Scott Cooper is the director behing CRAZY HEART and the excellent HOSTILES. Here he's working with Guillermo Del Toro on a film that seems to be about a boy and his monster. Sign me up. Here's the trailer:

Seems like a great cast and behind the scenes team. We don't quite have a release date yet, just early 2020. Definitely one to keep a look out for.
